DFW Metroplex, to include Arlington, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Dallas, Kennedale, Mid-Cities, etc.

Please fill out our form and we will be in touch!

You can also order right from our online store.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability! For most events, 2 to 4 weeks' notice is ideal, while weddings, corporate events, and celebrations during busy seasons (such as graduations and holidays) are best booked 4 to 8 weeks in advance.

Need something sooner? We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.

Please note that the following rush fees may apply:

• 72+ hours before your event: No rush fee
• 24 to 72 hours before your event: $50 rush fee
• Less than 24 hours before your event: $75 rush fee
• Same-day orders: Starting at $100 rush fee, subject to availability

Rush fees help cover the additional time and scheduling required to create your custom balloon décor on short notice.

Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly. Orders placed less than one week in advance may be subject to a rush fee. This is to ensure we can rush ship products needed, rearrange our delivery schedule, and pay staff to stay later or come in early to prepare your order.

• 72+ hours before your event: No rush fee
• 24 to 72 hours before your event: $50 rush fee

Absolutely! We offer on-site consultations to help you plan the perfect balloon décor for your event.

During the consultation, we'll discuss your vision, take measurements, review the event space, and recommend balloon designs that best fit your venue and budget.

On-site consultations start at $50, with additional travel fees for locations outside our standard service area.

If you book a décor package of $350 or more, your consultation fee will be credited toward your final invoice.

If you simply need design ideas or have questions, we're also happy to schedule a complimentary virtual consultation.

Our services range based on how elaborate the event is.

We have a minimum of $350.00 (before tax and setup) for event installations.

Please view our catalogs for a full breakdown on pricing.

Once your order is finalized and you have accepted the quote an invoice to pay online via credit card will be sent to you.

Final pricing includes removal of decor, if applicable.

A 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date and is applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.

Each order is assigned an inflation date, which is when we begin preparing and inflating your custom balloon décor. Because your balloons are custom-made specifically for your event, all cancellations made on or after the inflation date are non-refundable.

If you cancel before the inflation date and have already paid your balance in full, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid except the 50% non-refundable booking retainer.

Yes we deliver!

Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.

Yes! We offer pickup by appointment only from our home-based studio in Arlington, Texas.

To help keep our schedule running smoothly, please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. We will wait up to 30 minutes after your appointment. If you are running late, please call or text us as soon as possible. After 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available, and a new pickup time may need to be scheduled.

If you'd rather not worry about pickup, we also offer delivery for an additional fee.

Our most common question!! Latex is an all natural substance and is subject to deterioration due to exposure to the elements. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

Many air-filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! Please note that a space with doors and/or windows open to the outside is considered outdoors because wind, humidity, and sunlight can and will affect the balloons. The longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last any specific amount of time.

All of our helium balloons will generally float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer! Again, the longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last any specific amount of time.

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

No, we can not guarantee the quality or speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation there may not be enough balloons necessary for your decor design. It is more time and cost-effective for you to order the balloon decor from us using our balloons.
